When our online registration is set up, this is how you'll book a party at Marmalade Skies:

Review levels and projects below and choose the one you like

Check the calendar to the right to see which dates and times are available

Pay deposit to reserve your spot. 

-- Under the photo of the project you've chosen, click buy now 

-- Only a $50 deposit fee will be placed in your shopping cart

-- You’ll be taken to PayPal where you can pay with credit card or Paypal account

-- When you complete the payment, you’ll be directed back here

After successfully paying deposit you’ll fill out a brief information form which will be mailed to us

Someone will call you back to confirm your date and answer any questions you may have

ALL Parties include:
Creative projects that your guests make and take home that day, artist quality materials, an art instructor to teach project, designated studio space and complete set up & clean up. Printed invitations, with envelopes and maps, are available for $1 per invitation.

We offer 4 party levels which are determined by the particular project and length of party

	-- Party time is 2 hours -- First 15 minutes: children can design a card for the birthday child  while waiting for all guests to arrive -- Next hour and 20 minutes: art teacher leads children through project -- Last 25 minutes: refreshments and singing -- Cost: $36 for each person  Click here to view all our level 1 parties!   Due to length of party, this level is for children turning 8 and older
	-- Party time is 2 hours -- First 15 minutes: children can design a card for the birthday child while waiting for all guests to arrive -- Next hour and 20 minutes: art teacher leads children through project  -- Last 25 minutes: refreshments and singing -- Cost: $28 for each person   Click here to view all our level 2 parties!   Due to length of party, this level is for children turning 8 and older
	-- Party time is 90 minutes -- First 15 minutes: children can design a card for the birthday child  while waiting for all guests to arrive -- Next 50 minutes: art teacher leads children through project -- Last 25 minutes: refreshments and singing -- Cost: $22 for each person    Click here to view all our level 3 parties!   Due to difficulty of projects, this level is for children turning 8 and older with the exception of the 11x14 painting
	-- Party time is 90 minutes -- First 15 minutes: children can design a card for the birthday child  while waiting for all guests to arrive -- Next 50 minutes: art teacher leads children through project -- Last 25 minutes: refreshments and singing -- Cost: $18 for each person Click here to view all our level 4 parties!   This level is appropriate for all ages

Host family brings:
Refreshments – cake, drinks, paper goods, candles, cake knife, etc.

Cold items should be brought in a cooler
 

$50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Final headcount and payment of the remaining balance (including state sales tax) is due 48 hours before the party. Any guests added after final count will incur $2 additional fee.

If you choose to leave a gratuity for the party teacher, please do so in cash or check. We cannot process gratuities via credit cards.
