Grades 6-12 Pet Portraits

Using traditional fine art styles learn to illustrate a unique portrait of a furry friend from a photograph. We will use watercolor and oil pastel for texture, and learn techniques to draw realistic animal anatomy. All students must bring in 2 photos of the same animal. Sorry, actual pets are not invited. Class fee: $36, includes all supplies.

Grades 4-6 Drawing Texas Endangered Species

This class offers nature lovers an opportunity to develop drawing skills and encourage daily sketchbook habits. We will discuss the importance of helping endangered species while exploring different drawing techniques and materials. Class fee: $125; includes all supplies.

Grades 1-3 Wild Things!!

Learn to draw a cute or creepy monster based on Maurice Sendak’s Where the Wild Things Are. Basic color theory and drawing skills will be reviewed. Students will leave with a picture worthy of display! Class fee: $18; includes supplies.
