Amber Harrison I have my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Southern Virginia University, where my focus was in figure drawing and multimedia art, but I love trying new things in my art. I explore all different art mediums, techniques, and styles. I'm a strong believer in the therapeutic qualities of the creative experience for the artist and art viewer. I work with acrylic paints to depict whimsical scenes with high contrast, interesting textures, and always lots of color! Check out my portfolio here:

Laura Durrand I am from both Scottsdale, Arizona where I lived for 13 years and from Austin, Texas. I went to Arizona State University and Texas State University, but got my Bachelor of Fine Art from Texas State University. My BFA was with a focus in Fibers art, but I love all art from Metals, Sculpture, Ceramics, Painting (acrylic), Drawing and Photography. I am a travel fanatic, and have had the fortune to travel to many countries over the world. I now currently live in the beautiful city of Austin, Texas and love all the amazing art and friendly people. I love being able to teach art to kids, and showing them new methods and techniques that they wouldn’t normally get in a classroom setting. I like to be able to think outside of the box and explore new methods of creating art alongside my students. |
